The Apartments - Common Features

The apartments are on the first floor at the new, luxury Limnaria Villas residential complex in Kato Paphos, located away from the bustle of the main tourist area, yet only a couple of minutes walk from the municipal beach (Blue Flag), shops, restaurants, nightlife and the harbour area. (See map.)
The building is situated in beautiful, well-maintained gardens, with a swimming pool and a large sunbathing area.

The apartments are equipped with the following: (more detail is available on the pages specific to each).

  • Living rooms: sofa (two sofa-beds in 3-bed apt.), armchairs according to the numbers catered for. Colour satellite TV, video or MP3, music centre, dining table and chairs, coffee tables/side-tables, lamps.
  • Bedrooms: (one double in each apartment, others - twin). Double fitted cupboards (with plenty of coat hangers), dressing tables, bedside tables with lamps, ample drawer space.
    Child's cot available on request.
  • Kitchen areas, off the large open-plan living/dining areas: fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee making machines, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils.
  • Bathroom: bath with shower over, vanity unit and WC.
  • Shower room (3 bed apt. only): vanity unit, WC and shower cabin.

  • Broadband Internet
  • Entertainment: Board games, books, videos (2-bed), music tapes, satellite TV. Tourist information leaflets and maps to help plan your holiday.
  • Other: Iron, ironing board, clothes dryer for the veranda, bed linen, towels (including beach towels), hair dryers, picnic chairs and a picnic table, cooler box for you to take in the car for full-day excursions and picnics on the beach or in the mountains. Sun-loungers are provided round the pool and the apartments have additional lounger-chairs and sun-umbrellas.
  • Room Comfort: All rooms fitted with ceiling fans and air-conditioning units, all windows double-glazed. Heat-reflecting shutters to all rooms but bathroom and kitchen, fly screens to all.
  • "Outside": Large verandas with dining table and chairs, overlooking the gardens and swimming pool.
  • For the physically less energetic: There are 18 shallow steps with hand rail up to the first floor. The baths/showers have support grab rails. The 3-bedroomed flat has a walk-in shower. The shower by the pool is also 'walk-in'! (The general area is flat, including the walk to the sea.)
  • Parking: ample off-road parking, located on a slip-road, not a through road.

"The apartment was fantastic, very spacious,... We were very impressed with it all. The pool was lovely and the owners had thought of everything that a family would need...... The location was great, close enough to all the lovely restaurants, beach etc. but far enough away to be quiet at night. The owner was even kind enough to offer us support since we were stranded in Cyprus following the volcanic ash disruption. I would definitely go back to Paphos and would re-book this lovely accommodation."

We had a longstay holiday at this apartment from January to March 2010. We found Jane very helpful and accommodating and the apartment was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed for a winter stay i.e. heating and plenty of cooking equipment. The balcony has sun all day and a blind to keep the breeze out. The outside area of Limnaria Villas is fantastic and so well maintained....We recommend this apartment to anybody."
