The site where the apartments are situated is predominantly one of villas, some with their own pools, ensuring that the communal pool will not be too overcrowded.
 
There are two blocks of apartments.
To the east of the site there is an open area planted with trees; it is not overlooked.

The apartments face east/south to receive morning sunshine for breakfast on the balcony.  

However, the balconies are covered so offer shade at the important times of day.  If you want full sunshine, there is always the pool-side!

The pool is graduated in depth from shallow.
There are outside showers associated with it.

The area is level down to the sea shore.
