The balcony faces south-east round to west and there are windows to the living area round to south and west.
However, there are heat-reflecting shutters throughout, as well. The bedrooms are on the cool side of the building.
The apartment is fully furnished for four adults; there are also two blow-up mattresses with sleeping bags for two further guests - for children?...or maybe for adults who want to sleep on the balcony....?:
